In this tutorial we panelize our revolved surface from week 4. This process is the same as in Fab for laser part 1 and part 2 but with a more updated version of Grasshopper. This semester we did not do the quad panel fab for laser alternate so you can click that link to see the process. Because these surfaces are revolved most of them actually already have planar quad panels so the triangulation is not entirely necessary. However, some students added a twist or may have peformed more alterations to the surface so we can't be sure they are planar quad panels. Therefore, to make the most robust definition and to ensure this works with most if not all surfaces, we triangulate all the panels. If you are interested in creating planar quad panels from the beginning you might be interested in this planar quad tutorial.
